  • This battery is ONLY compatible with Macfox X1S Electric Bike – 5-Pin Version.

  • It is NOT compatible with the 4-pin version.

  • Please check your battery connector type carefully before purchasing.

  • If you are unsure which version you have, contact our support team with a photo of your connector for confirmation.

🛠️ How to Identify Your X1S Battery Connector

  1. Locate your current battery connector on the X1S e-bike.

  2. Count the pins inside the connector:

    • 4-Pin Connector: 4 metal pins in a straight line

    • 5-Pin Connector: 5 metal pins in a straight line

  3. Match the version with the battery you are purchasing.

⚠️ Ordering the wrong version may result in incompatibility. If you are unsure, take a clear photo of your connector and contact our support team for assistance.
