Return Policy

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase,’s return policy allows you to return the product purchased on the Authorization channel within 14 days counting from the date of receipt of shipment, and request a refund from the Authorization channel for any reason.

    3. Over 90 days: Refunds are not acceptable; We can help exchange for a new one and will charge a certain balance depending on the use of the products.

Compensation time-frame

For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.

 Batteries provides a 6-month prorated warranty for batteries.

  1. During 6-Month of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery or motor remains unchanged based on the original purchase date.
  2. After the first 6-Month of service – offers discounts for customers to buy new batteries. Batteries purchased will have a new 6-month warranty based on the purchase date.

This Limited Warranty does not cover

  1. Warranty service will be not honored if the damage is caused by humans.
  2. Warranty service will be honored if the damage is not caused by humans.

Claims Process

All claims to this warranty must be made through and submitted to Proofs of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through within 1 year (The accessories are 6 months) of initial purchase. will not replace any part without first seeing photos or videos of the damaged product. Customers need to provide us with evidence by email.

Shipping Damage Claims

In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact and provide us with photo or video proof.

NOTICE: We will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.

Repair Service

For repair services, will only provide some free replacement parts or paid replacement parts. 

All accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.

Limitation of Damages

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
