At Eridespace.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. All products are carefully inspected by our Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams before shipment to ensure reliable quality.
Order Processing
- Ships within 1–2 business days
- If an item is out of stock, we will notify you within 2 business days
14-Day Easy Returns
You may return your item within 14 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Includes all accessories
Return Shipping:
- Change of mind → Customer pays return shipping (based on carrier rates)
- Damaged or incorrect item → We cover return shipping
- If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Warranty Coverage
This Limited Warranty applies only to purchases made directly through Eridespace.com. For items purchased through third-party sellers, please contact them directly.

Order Cancellation & Changes
Customers may cancel their order within 1–2 business days after placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Before Shipping:
- Cancellation: Free of charge
- Address Changes: Free of charge
Exchanges:
Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
Return Policy Details
Responsibility:
- Customer-initiated returns → Customer pays return shipping
- Our error → We cover return shipping
Conditions:
- Request within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- All accessories must be included
Refunds:
- Non-defective returns → Shipping costs deducted ($70–$300 per unit)
- Defective items → Full refund (including shipping)
- 14–90 days → Partial refund (20%–80%) based on condition
- After 90 days → No refunds; exchange may be available

⚠️ Express shipping fees are non-refundable

Not Covered:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear

- Claims must be submitted within the warranty period
- Replacement parts are provided after verification
Shipping Damage Claims

Repair Services
- Free or paid replacement parts, depending on the issue
- Cosmetic damage to accessories during shipping is not covered
Limitations
Eridespace.com is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as loss of profits or data). Some local regulations may not allow these limitations.
