Shipping & Delivery Information
At Eridespace.com, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders typically ship within 24–48 hours after payment clearance (Monday–Friday). Holidays may cause slight delays.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders placed Friday–Sunday: Ship the following Monday or Tuesday.
- Shipping confirmation: You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
- Signature upon delivery: This may be required depending on your location.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping is available in the 48 contiguous U.S. states, with select in-stock products also eligible for free shipping to Canada and EU countries.
- Additional shipping fees apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other remote regions.
Estimated Delivery Time & Shipping Locations
- USA: 2–5 business days after shipping (Shipped from Corona, CA 92878, USA).
- Canada: 3–5 business days after shipping (Shipped from Richmond, BC V7A 0A4, Canada).
- EU Countries: 3–7 business days after shipping (Shipped from Germany: Rheinland-Pfalz 54411 or Niedersachsen 31628).

Note: We aim to ship your order in a single box when possible, but some bundled items (e.g., go-karts + hoverboards) may require multiple shipments.
Tracking Information
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.
- If you don’t receive a tracking number within 3 days, please check your SPAM folder or contact us.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you within 1 business day with an estimated shipping date or offer an alternative product.
