SHIPPING

We're always working on shipping your order as quickly as possible. Usually your packages will ship within 24-48 hours* of your payment clearing. We only ship Monday through Friday. Sometimes because of Holidays, packages may be a little delayed.
Any in-stock orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Note: Signature upon delivery may be required based on your location.

Other isolated regions: Alaska, Hawaii, and other isolated regions will be charged an extra shipping fee.

Delivery Time

In the US, in-stock items typically ship within 1 business day after an order is placed, unless otherwise noted on the product's page.

Delivery time will vary depending on where you live. Usually, the delivery time is 2-5 business days after shipping.

Shipping Carriers

In the US, Eridespace.com ships using FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

It depends on the size/weight of your order and your delivery address. We’ll ship your order in a single box whenever possible, but occasionally we’ll need to send multiple shipments: for example, if you’ve ordered A go-kart bundle, a Hoverboard and a go-kart included.

Tracking Information

We will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.

If you don't receive a tracking number after 3 days of placing an order, please check your SPAM folder in case your provider flagged our automated message as spam or request it again by contacting us.

Out of stock

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 1 business day and inform you the estimated shipping date. Or give you an alternative item for you to choose.
